The most important thing we determine in the beginning is what your goals are. Do you want to work with a personal trainer to lose weight or to stay in shape throughout pregnancy? Some women just need a jump start to their fitness program or someone to teach them how to exercise… whatever your goals, I design a customized fitness program to help you achieve your goals.
Woman are often so busy being mothers, wives, maids, chauffeurs or working jobs of all kinds that it is hard to fit in exercise. I teach the best exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. This allows you to get more workout with less time. I also help you learn great ways to add exercise into your daily routine in the convenience of your home or using your surroundings.
As your trainer, it is my job to make sure you get an effective workout while making sure you do not get injured. This is especially important for women who are pregnant, recently given birth, have existing injuries or medical conditions. Together, we review all medical history to determine the most successful plan for your body and your lifestyle.
It is my goal, no matter how many times we are scheduled to train together, to teach you great exercises that you can do at home, offer some ideas for healthy food choices, and get you motivated to start fitting exercise into your daily life.
